Vintage 70s felt tip pen, and ball point pen set new in box. The ball point pen needs a new cartridge, and the felt tip is working but weak. They are old, and haven't been used. Both are marked Sheaffer on the bar. Looks like a very early felt tip marker with a space age shaped body, and cap.
