Vintage cute enamel lapel or collar pin with "engineering leadership" on the front. Measures 1 1/4" long, and 1" wide. This piece is about 30 to 40 years old and will show signs of age and use. It does not look new because it is not new. There are no chips in the enamel, but the gold tone finish isn't as thick as it would be on a brand new pin.
