Vintage 16" 40s/50s bright blue rhinestone choker necklace. The gold tone chain shows a lot of wear to the finish, but the gold tone finish around the rhinestone center is still good. Still looks good when worn because the rhinestone center is beautiful with a raised 3D flower effect.
