Vintage petticoat with satin ribbons and netting. This is a petticoat that has had some additions of other layers of netting to make it fuller. It has also been taken in on the sides. Fits a waist 20" to 28" because it is an elastic waist, and up to 38" hips. The length is 33", and the original petticoat without the additions was an organdy and net. The label reads "style undies 14".
