Vintage 40s 50s Straw Cap Topper Hat Hair Decoration
Vintage 40s 50s straw hat topper or hair decoration. Has black lace trim and a comb to hold it in place on top of the head. Labeled "vandervoorts french room" on the inside. The straw has a gold to ivory lined look to it. Well constructed and unusual.
