Vintage 30s Dutch Scene Crochet Lace Collar for Dress
Vintage 1920s/30s square crocheted collar with a dutch scene. There is a girl, a swan, and a windmill. This is the type of collar that was used to decorate the square slip dresses popular in the late 20s and early 30s. It would be applied to the front of a dress around the neck edge for decoration.
