Vintage Winard signed "1/20 12K G.F." rosette shaped 40s brooch measuring 1 1/4" wide. The way it is labeled indicates it is from the 1940s. Has a 3D ruffled edge. Some minor edge wear to the gold finish on the edge of the ruffle, and the back of the brooch.
