Vintage celluloid plastic dress clip in the shape of a spade studded with clear rhinestones, and marked "Pat 1892916". The patent number corresponds to the year 1933. Measuring 1 5/8" tall. No missing stones, some are slightly darkened. The celluloid is cream with black over it, and the black is worn on the edges. Emits a chemical odor when heated.
